Upcoming Meeting Schedule:
MEETINGS: All group meetings are suspended temporarily. Explorer Post 8 will re-evaluate on a weekly basis and follow guidance from CDC and local authorities to determine when it is safe and prudent to resume regular meetings. Additional information may be sent out soon on home-education opportunities for ground school. In the meantime, please continue reading/studying your ground school manuals!
FLIGHT TRAINING: Explorer Scouts in flight training may continue flying at the discretion of their CFI. Our recommendation would be to exercise reasonable caution and use a sanitizing wipe (no spray) to wipe off the yoke, knobs, throttle/mixture controls, seat belt buckle, door handles. Do not use sanitizing wipes on the GPS screen.
